1. At the lobby:
Fill out the health declaration via PC-Covid or VNEID app at home or upon check-in (the receptionist will check it).
Scan QR Code on PC-Covid app or show your Covid-19 vaccination Certificate if PC-Covid App is not available.
2. While Communicating at Hotel:
Mask wearing is mandatory.
Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from the receptionist or other guests.
Regularly wash your hands with hand sanitizer at the front desk/waiting area in the lobby and restroom.
Please take a seat to wait while the front desk is occupied with 2 guests. Do not stand at the hotel entrance.
